Floating installation $35.00 sq mtr
Although this is the most cost effective method of installation, we never recommend a floating installation unless you have restrictions regarding noise and soundproofing. Whilst this method can be the cheapest. Floating can also be problematic, especially if your floor is uneven.

Nail Down $45.00 sq mtr.
Whilst mainly used for solid flooring, this method can be used on a 20mm engineered or semi solid floor. However this method can result in a squeaky floor after some years. Otherwise fairly reliable.

Glue Down. $55.00 sq mtr
This is by far the best and most reliable method of installing a floor, but is also the most expensive due to the cost of glues, and a slower install process. The sub floor will need to be flat and level, which also results in more expense.

Remember you floor is for life, so invest securely.
